Eddie Redmond updates on what is happening in Vancouver. Noel O’Connell as a representative of the IDS was at the conference organised by International Congress on the Education of the Deaf, the same organisation that banned signed language a hundred and thirty years ago. Now, best news is that they announced that they regret for banning signed language in educational settings all over the world.
